About us

Our Story

Eolis’ history began on December 22, 1967, when it was incorporated as Luwa Aero Técnica, in Monterrey, N.L. The company had Swiss and Mexican capital.

In response to market demand, the company was relocated to Puebla on June 28, 1973, where it remains today and has created approximately 350 jobs. Initially, the company was fully owned by Swiss investors.

In 1974, Luwa Aero Técnica established its Engineering and Sales offices in Mexico City. Since 1982, the company has operated from its own well-located building, enabling efficient business operations. The company became Luwa Mexico in 1998.

In July 2010, Eolis America Latina became a subsidiary of COMSA Corporation, a Spanish group specializing in the construction and service industry. Eolis America Latina serves as COMSA Corporation’s platform for business activities in the Americas.
